MODELS  must maintain clean, natural skin and good grooming.  Healthy weight and consistent measurements.  updated digitals when appearance changes. 

MODELS must notify the agency before hair color or major haircut, tattoos or piercings, significant weight changes, cosmetic procedures.

Maintain a professional image.  Credit/collaborate and tag the agency for all agency bookings and events.  Credit event production, designers, photographers, videographers, makeup artists.  do not tag, collaborate with or credit anyone or company for agency bookings or events.  

POST backstage content without permission from the agency confirming with production and designers, share clients work before official release, speak negatively about the agency,, clients, designers and other models, share confidential booking details with anyone outside of the agency or that booking, post content that is offensive, controversial or damaging.  Social media violations may result in removal of content  of requirement, booking restrictions, termination of representation.

MODELS MUST Arrive early and prepared, bring required items (heels, nude and black undergarments, comp card), follow backstage instructions, remain professional at all times. 

MODELS MAY NOT take unauthorized photos or video, bring guests backstage without written notary from the agency, leave the event without agency approval, post live content unless permitted by the agency.

All official communication must be respectful and professional.  Unacceptable communication includes ignoring agency messages, argumentative or disrespectful tone, public complaints about the agency, negative group messages or gossip about the agency.

MODELS agree to keep private client lists, booking details, payment information, internal agency communications, event operations or contracts.

As a represented model you represent EDGINGTINIE MODEL MANAGEMENT AGENCY, you are expected to demonstrate professionalism, loyalty, respect, reliability, positive industry presence.

Representation may be suspended or terminated for social media violations, disrespectful communication, unauthorized outside work, reputation damage to the agency, no shows or repeated lateness, breach of contract, unprofessional conduct.

If a concern arises, contact the agency directly, do not discuss issues publicly, allow the agency to resolve the matter professionally.  Public disputes or online complaints may be considered a breach of representation.  

MAINTAIN PROFESSIONALISM

-Be punctual for all castings, fittings, rehearsals and events.

-Communicate respectfully with clients, designers and agency staffs and other models.

-Maintain a clean, polished and runway ready appearance and hygiene.

-Follow all booking instructions exactly as provided.

-keep your measurements accurate and updated.

-Represent the EDGINGTINIE MODEL MANAGEMENT AGENCY brand with professionalism and respect.

PROTECT THE AGENCY'S BRAND AND BUSINESS

DO NOT accept outside bookings without agency approval.  

DO NOT post event photos/videos without permission from the agency and client that is approved by the agency.

DO NOT tag designers, brands or events unless cleared by the agency.

DO NOT speak negatively about the agency, clients or other models online or offline.

DO NOT alter your appearance(hair, tattoos, drastic weight change) without notifying the agency.

DO NOT work with agency clients, affiliates, clients affiliates or partners independently without a signed written notice from the agency and notary.

WE ARE COMMITTED TO THE CRAFT AND SHOWS UP RESPECTFUL AT ALL TIMES.

Keep your social media professional and brand-appropriate.

Avoid controversial, offensive or damaging content.

Credit only EDGINGTINIE MODEL MANAGEMENT AGENCY, production team, photographers, videographers, makeup artist of bookings and event.

DO NOT share confidential booking details or private communications.

Do not tag or collaborate with anyone or company that is not associated with your bookings nor can they take credit for your placement unless they have a signed written notary and approved by EDGINGTINIE MODEL MANAGEMENT AGENCY.

Follow all exclusivity and representation terms.

Respect EDGINGTINIE MODEL MANAGEMENT AGENCY policies regarding bookings, payments and communications.

Failure to comply may result in booking restrictions, financial penalties including but not limited to return of investments and contract termination with removal of all agency bookings on all social media platforms.
